My little circle is doing our own version of Biggest loser. For those in the unknown it's 8 weekish of dieting and excerising with a weigh in every week. I invite all to join in.
What you need
1) one outfit you can wear every week for the weigh in
2) A scale
3) a way to figure out body fat(walmart sells a scale that does it for you)
4)a will to excerise
