I went today and picked up my contacts in Covington ,My reasoning is that they are paid for and if the hurricane blows away the non chain building I didnt want to lose my money. That led me to JCpenny's to return a pair of pants then to target for a coffee . For how busy our "City of Hammond" is thats how dead Covington is no rushing around no long lines no plastic forks. I wanting to be parpared for the hurricane picked up some supplies ,water, batteries, pop tarts chips, little debbie cakes , apple sauce, beer, and 2 cases of cokes (notice the lack of potty meat, spam and equally nasty things because even if I was going to buy them they were out)
Alot of things are running through my head where to go what to pack how long will I be gone will they have plastic forks??
WHAT IF i LIVE without hearing from daniel, what if I come home to nothing??? for some reason this storm is freaking me out more than katrina (btw happy anniversay Katrina)
The plan for now is to head to Bama I ahve alot to do today and tomorrow but i'm glued to the weather channel jumping everytime the phone rings

lol it's killing me about the plastic forks my mind is on hurricane totally forgetting about game day tailgateing and labor day going on's
