Today was smooth

I expected today to be rough. With me taking my grandma to town, after the big family blowup, I was thinking Ally was going to be whiny with Daniel leaving last night, and then the first game of darts for the season. With all that I expected today to be horrible, but nope quite and peaceful. I didn't talk a whole lot so not to stir shit back up, had a nice little talk with my pretend "brother" and felt a whole lot better

Getting Ally's hair cut may have been a mistake, or maybe a learning experience. Friday we took her to Fantastic Sams to make the whack, she took it hard she loved her hair but disliked the washing brushing fixing process. So between Friday and last night I've been struggling to relearn to fix hair it never looking quite right. Last night while washing her hair I really looked at it (let me say I'm not one for small details) It was cut on a slant like one side was 1-2 inches longer WTF!!!!!

So this morning I go to Fantastic Sams to complain 3 of the 4 stylist were there again one being the butcher. I wait to speak to the butcher. I explain the mistake. The other repeat stylist comment on how still she was in the chair. The butcher calls me a liar and she didn't cut her hair despite 2 stylist remember us being there. So I calmly ask to speak to the manger (the whole time wondering if I could reach the shears and jab her eyes out for calling me a liar) The butcher looked at me and smiled "I'm the fucking manger" now what came out of my mouth may have been a little crude, maybe a little harsh but felt really good. "If you are the fucking manger the you should know how to cut hair bitch" needless to say I'm no longer allowed in Fantastic Sams

Not wanting my sweet angel to walk around looking like a lopsided beggar child, I head across the street to Super Cuts simple tell the lady even it up, now i went to High School with this "stylist" she goes on and on about how uneven it is, and starts cutting. Now in the process losses an earring she pulled out of Ally's ear, scraped the back of her neck to the point of bleeding. By this time I have an headache from all the kids screaming in there (must have been a back to school rush) I pay the lady hey she did give me a 3 dollar off for drawing blood. We went to lunch Daniel walks to the bathroom happens to look at Ally's hair WTF is is now slanting the other way.

Daniel in his wisdom doesn't want me Banned from yet another hair place drive to walmart to yet again have Ally's hair cut. We tell our hair cutting hell to the stylist showing Ally's scrape one earring and begged her to just make it even, Afterwards we check (yes I know should have checked the first 2 times ) Go to pay the lady she didn't even charge us for the haircut, so we tipped her nicely and went home.

Where ally gets gum stuck in her hair, Daniel worked for almost 2 hours because he refused to go though that again.

But Ally is now a haircut getting pro.................................

It's that time

Daniel just left for work today, he will be gone for two weeks. It's always bittersweet when he leaves I love he has a job, I also love my time , but at the same time it feels like I'm a single mom, and I only get visitations from him. For the next two weeks if ally gets sick, something breaks, decisions need to be mad Its all me.

Also the day after is the worst for Ally, she's extra clingy ,emotional ,and sensitive. She knows where her dad is and when he will be back, but I still think it's a little of an abandonment issue for her.
